Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

We ship every order ourselves from San Diego, California. Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. It can take 1 to 2 business days for the first scan to appear. That is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

Orders with more than one item

Orders with several items usually ship together in one package.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can only correct an address before the order ships.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived 10 business days after it shipped, email us at morysondor@gmail.com and we will resend it or refund you.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to customs fees or import duties.
